Yes. Up to 2 tenants and 10 users per tenant is completely free with all features enabled — scripting, event actions, access requests, Terraform, everything. No credit card required.
Any identity stored in JustIAM's directory — employees, contractors, service accounts. Users are counted across all tenants. Admin accounts that manage JustIAM itself are not counted.
Each total user costs 5 €/month and each tenant beyond the first two costs 5 €/month. The minimum is 55 €/month (1 tenant, 11 users). For example: 3 tenants with 30 total users = 30 × 5 + 1 × 5 = 155 € → you'd be better off with the Unlimited plan at 150 €.
No. Every plan includes every feature: OIDC, SAML, scripting, event actions, access requests, app presets, Terraform provider, passkeys, MFA, and the full API. Plans differ only in capacity.
